The foundation aims to promote the Swiss grain value chain, notably by: - Creating and managing a "From Wheat to Bread" space, including the Swiss Wheat and Bread Museum and its collection. - Ensuring the proper management of the site. To this end, it may entrust the management of the site's operation to an entity under the supervision of the foundation. - Developing and supporting the promotion of high-quality food products made from grains produced and processed in Switzerland. - Encouraging the promotion of the know-how and professions of farmers, millers, and bakers. - Supporting cultural or event-based activities that highlight the Swiss grain value chain, such as the Wheat and Bread Festival. The foundation's financial resources are primarily used to serve the "From Wheat to Bread" space. The foundation's activities will mainly take place in the Canton of Vaud at the "From Wheat to Bread" space site. However, the foundation may be called upon to support other projects or initiatives promoting agricultural products and the know-how of the Swiss grain value chain. The foundation does not pursue any profit-making purposes.
