The foundation pursues the non-profit purpose of providing aid to children living in developing countries. To this end, it may engage in and/or finance and/or participate in the following types of activities: creation or development of schools, school programs or scholarships for schoolchildren or students living in developing countries; provision of medical care for children living in developing countries; humanitarian aid in emergency situations in developing countries; directly, by allocating resources to schools, training institutes, dispensaries or hospitals in developing countries, as well as indirectly, by allocating resources to foundations, institutes and associations pursuing similar goals, primarily based in Switzerland and benefiting from tax exemption for public benefit. Furthermore, it may collect all assets assigned to it and ensure their preservation and profitability, in accordance with the instructions and wishes of the donors. For all economic assets assigned to it, the foundation's mission is to derive the necessary resources to achieve its purpose, maintain their homogeneity, ensure continuous control and ensure that their exploitation is pursued in the spirit and philosophy of their donors.
