To group, manage and direct a set of infrastructures dedicated to the natural heritage of the Jura region, whether it involves conservation activities of collections (related to natural sciences, paleontology or archaeology), research or dissemination of knowledge to all audiences, partly based on service contracts concluded with the Republic and Canton of Jura. The planned infrastructures include, for example, a museum, a collection management center, a park dedicated to paleontology and geosciences, and satellites, such as a botanical garden, which the Foundation may own itself (see statutes for full purpose).
