Fondation "Les Trois Trèfles"

The foundation aims to create a rental building in Le Pâquier, specially designed for elderly people, but also available to young families or other tenants of modest means. As a guideline, the rents practiced must represent an amount of at least 30% of the tenants' income in order to consider the tenant's situation as modest. This building will be open, preferably, to people from Le Pâquier or who have lived there for an important part of their lives, without distinction of nationality or denomination. If a public corporation is legally required to provide similar services to those of the foundation, the latter will only intervene on a subsidiary basis. The foundation does not pursue any profit or commercial purpose.
