To award annually in principle a prize to the best apprenticeship diplomas of the Centre Professionnel du Littoral Neuchâtelois (CPLN) in the following areas: butcher apprentices, baker apprentices, cook apprentices; the three best apprentices in each of the above-mentioned branches will be rewarded with an amount to be determined by the Foundation Council; the said Foundation Council will also be competent to decide to extend the award of prizes to other deserving apprentices, exclusively in the manual fields, both at the CPLN and in other vocational training centers, such as the Centre cantonal de formation Professionnelle des Métiers et du Bâtiment (CPMB) in Colombier or elsewhere; the Foundation Council may also encourage artisanal vocational training through donations, scholarships, or other forms of support; it is competent to extend the foundation's actions while respecting its purpose.
