The foundation aims to disseminate and teach the faith of the Roman Catholic Church while preserving and disseminating the heritage of Father Maurice Zundel. To this end, it: brings together all the assets left by Maurice Zundel in his will, his works, unpublished manuscripts, and recordings, so that they can be made available to any qualified researcher, subject to confidential documents remaining so; oversees the library of Maurice Zundel, bequeathed to the Cantonal Library of Neuchâtel; assumes exclusive responsibility for the publication, re-publication, and translation of Maurice Zundel's works; and publishes or has published works related to his life and work; manages the copyrights generated by Maurice Zundel's works. In general, the foundation may carry out any operation directly or indirectly related to its purpose, including acquiring rights of any kind and contracting obligations of any kind. The foundation does not pursue any profit-making purpose.
