To finance, up to a maximum of fifty percent (50%) of the annual profit, the support of a nursery in the city center, left bank, which will bear the name of the foundation and which will be intended to accommodate, at a minimal price, the children of sales staff or other employees, with schedules compatible with those of the opening of the stores. Furthermore, the foundation may also assist, either directly or through institutions, women and children in need in Geneva. For the rest, the foundation will reward, as far as possible once a year, individuals or groups who have achieved a feat in the field of research, prevention or cure of lung diseases or asthma. This reward will be in the form of a premium or prize, at the discretion of the Foundation Council. The foundation must ensure the maintenance and extension of the following concessions, as long as possible and permitted by the authorities, as well as the regular maintenance of the corresponding graves of the Rankers-Hartmann families, namely: the grave of Mr. Hans-Werner Rankers, quarter 1 6, no. 3383; the grave of Mrs. Gisela Eleonore Rankers née Hartmann; the grave of Mr. Max and Mrs. Dora Rankers, quarter 16, no. 3384; the double grave of Mr. Willy and Mrs. Paula Hartmann, Gewann 1, no. 701; the grave of Mrs. Elfriede Hartmann, quarter 16, no. 3381. The foundation may carry out any operation directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The foundation has no profit-making purpose, nor any political, denominational or governmental character.
