To financially support, in collaboration with public authorities and their institutions, the conservation and renovation of the built heritage in the district of Porrentruy, particularly with a cultural vocation, to acquire any participation in companies (notably through the acquisition of shares, bonds, shares, holdings of claims in any suitable form) whose main purpose is the modernization, sustainable development, conservation, renovation of the built heritage and infrastructure, to enable and support the provision of commercial structures intended to promote the establishment of new artisanal or industrial enterprises in the district of Porrentruy, as well as to subsidize all projects directly or indirectly related to these objectives. The achievement of these objectives may be carried out by withdrawing from the foundation's capital and its income the necessary sums for this purpose.
