Occupational pension provision in accordance with the Federal Act on Occupational Retirement, Survivors' and Disability Pension Plans (LPP) and its implementing provisions, in favour of the designated beneficiaries below, in order to protect them against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability. The foundation may extend the pension provision beyond the minimum benefits prescribed by law, including support benefits in cases of hardship such as illness, accident or unemployment. The circle of beneficiaries includes the employees of the company, their families and survivors, as well as persons whom the employee largely maintained at the time of their death or in the years preceding it.
