The Foundation aims to protect the employees of Tornos S.A. (hereinafter "the Employer") from the economic consequences of old age, disability, and death by providing benefits determined within the framework of the LPP and by regulatory means. It may extend the benefits beyond the legal minimum requirements. The Foundation may extend its activities to the personnel of companies that are financially or economically closely linked to the Employer. The Foundation Board is competent to decide on the means to achieve the defined purpose; it may use all or part of the Foundation's assets for this purpose. It may also conclude insurance contracts in favor of all or part of the beneficiaries or adhere to existing contracts; the Foundation must then be the insurance policyholder and beneficiary.
