The Foundation aims to promote vocational training, support and encourage apprentices in the field of commerce, particularly those facing financial or logistical difficulties, in order to facilitate their training and professional integration. In particular, the Foundation may grant targeted financial aid, facilitate or provide accommodation, provide support in finding apprenticeships or jobs, and promote collaborations between training actors, companies and the professional world. To achieve these goals, the Foundation affiliates with groups pursuing similar goals. It can provide direct assistance to apprentices or indirectly, notably by supporting institutions or projects with similar or analogous purposes. The Foundation may also participate in the study, development or financing of projects likely to strengthen access to training and professional integration. Within the framework of the set goals, the foundation mainly operates throughout the canton of Vaud. The Foundation may carry out all acts related to its purpose, notably: lend its support and take an interest in any activity similar to its purpose; contract all loans and all credits; seek and receive all public or private property or subsidies; conclude all useful agreements with public law corporations or private organizations. The Foundation does not pursue a profitable purpose. Its profits can only increase its wealth and its losses are covered only by its wealth. The activity of the Foundation within the framework of its purpose can be specified in an internal regulation. The Founder reserves the right to modify the purpose of the foundation under the conditions of article 86a CC. The new purpose must, however, remain a purpose of pure public utility. This right can only be exercised under the conditions provided for by law.
