The provision, exercise of all activities and the offer of all advice, services and services in the financial field which do not require authorization under the Federal Law on Financial Institutions (FinIA). The Company may acquire, sell, hold and manage shares in any type of company or corporation (with regard to shares or participations in companies holding real estate in Switzerland, said real estate must have an exclusively commercial use). The Company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties.
