to carry out all financial investments, for its own account or on behalf of companies of the Webcor group, in Switzerland or abroad, and in particular the purchase and sale of all Swiss and foreign securities such as shares, bonds and derivatives, traded on and off the stock exchange; the company does not solicit the public to obtain deposits of funds; it may acquire, sell, hold and manage interests in all types of companies or corporations, excluding any participation in companies having the purpose of acquiring real estate in Switzerland (cf. articles of association for full purpose).
