The foundation's purpose is to provide voluntary occupational pension provision for the employees of the founder or employer company (hereinafter referred to as the company) and companies economically or financially closely related to it, by granting voluntary benefits and support to employees and their dependents and survivors in cases of old age or disability or in situations of need such as illness, accident or unemployment, in situations of need such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability of their spouse, their minor or disabled children or other persons for whom they are responsible for maintenance, to the spouses, divorced spouses or long-term life partners of deceased employees; furthermore, to persons for whose maintenance the deceased employees were wholly or mainly responsible until their death. By decision of the foundation board, companies that are financially or economically closely related to the company may also be affiliated with the foundation with the company's consent. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may conclude insurance contracts or enter into existing contracts, in which it is the policyholder and beneficiary.
