Occupational pension provision for the employees of the founder or employer company through the granting of support and benefits a) to the employee in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need, such as illness, accident or unemployment affecting him personally; b) to the employee in cases of need, such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability affecting his spouse, his minor or incapacitated children or other persons for whom he provides maintenance; c) in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse, the divorced spouse and to persons for whom he provided maintenance at the time of his death, and in the absence of such persons, to his legal heirs.
