The foundation aims to provide occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of the founding or employing company and companies economically or financially closely linked to it, as well as for their dependents, against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability. It can go beyond the minimum BVG benefits and provide support in cases of need, such as illness or accident. To achieve its purpose, the foundation can conclude insurance contracts or enter into existing contracts, where it is itself the policyholder and beneficiary.
