Occupational pension provision in addition to the BVG foundation for the staff of the Swiss Football Association and its departments for the employees of the Swiss Football Association and its departments by providing support and benefits: to the employee in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need, such as illness, accident or unemployment of themselves; to the employee in cases of need, such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability of their spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whom they provide maintenance; in the event of the employee's death to the surviving spouse, the divorced spouse and to persons for whom they were mainly responsible for maintenance at the time of their death; and in the absence of such persons to their legal heirs. The foundation may also make contributions, in accordance with Art. 331 para. 3 OR, from previously accumulated and separately disclosed contribution reserves to other tax-exempt pension institutions that the founding company has joined or established itself.
