The association serves as a springboard for people who want to devote themselves to the restaurant activity, with individual programs and solutions. The association acts as an intermediary for the purchase, sale and management of restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and hotels. The association organizes improvement or initiation courses in the hotel sector. The association does not pursue a profit-making purpose. The association may pursue its objectives in Switzerland and abroad. The association irrevocably allocates its funds to the pursuit of its public utility or public service purposes, without any possible return to donors/founders.
