Genossenschaft Monte Sambuco Lavertezzo

The cooperative aims to preserve its rustici in Sambuco in the Val Pincascia near Lavertezzo, as well as to maintain the living space through the care of the cultural landscape (garden, meadow, forest) in the surroundings of the rustici. This is done with consideration for ecology, sustainability, and the traditional Ticinese building style. The necessary work is carried out as far as possible by the cooperative members or voluntary helpers. Monte Sambuco is intended to be a recreational space for cooperative members and interested parties. The cooperative can acquire or sell plots of land, build, renovate, acquire, sell or rent houses. The cooperative is non-profit and not profit-oriented.
