Operation of a central aging cellar for Bündner cheese to ensure a technologically flawless, high-quality and economically optimal treatment of the cheese during aging, as well as the acquisition of the Landquart cheese dairy to ensure the long-term preservation of this efficient processing operation for the utilization of Bündner milk; the cooperative may participate in dairy organizations and enterprises to the extent that this is important for fulfilling the cooperative's purpose.
