The cooperative aims to achieve, through mutual self-help, the storage and trade of Urner Alpine specialties, in particular raw milk Alpine cheese and all kinds of dairy products. It aims to achieve real product prices for producers. The purpose is a) cooperative association of producing Urner Alpine cheese producers, b) operation of an Alpine cheese warehouse, and c) establishment of generally binding delivery conditions and quality regulations.
