The company may establish branches and subsidiaries both domestically and abroad, and may participate in other companies both domestically and abroad, as well as acquire real estate and intellectual property rights and conduct business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose and promotes its development or that of group companies. It may also undertake financing on its own account and provide guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties, provided that this does not result in its supervision under banking legislation pursuant to Swiss or foreign laws.
