This includes providing advice, audits, training, coaching, mentoring, expertise, personal and environmental protection, reputation preservation, legal compliance, and economic performance safeguarding. In general, the company will undertake all work directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may, for its own account or for third parties:
- Participate in any business and carry out all mobile, real estate, financial, industrial, and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to achieving its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE);
- Grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, act as a guarantor for loans taken out by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by entering into any other commitment, if this is in its interest;
- Open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
