The purpose of the company is to provide professional consulting services for the integration of Hedera-for-Enterprise solutions, including advising companies and government institutions on digital transformation, digital central bank currencies, tokenization, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within the Hedera ecosystem. It can establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, found subsidiaries, participate in related companies, and acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize, and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights. Furthermore, it can perform all legal actions that may be necessary to achieve the company's purpose, in particular, grant financing to affiliated and other companies, provide securities of all kinds, or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of these companies. The company can provide direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, for its own liabilities and those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved). It can also provide securities of all kinds, including through pledges on or fiduciary transfers or assignments of the company's assets, or guarantees, joint and several liabilities, or sureties, or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of these other companies, whether for consideration or not. Additionally, it can operate a liquidity adjustment/concentration of net liquidity (cash pooling) with the aforementioned companies or join such an arrangement, including periodic account balancing. This can also be done without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the company's profit motive, and assuming cluster risks. The company can engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that appear to promote the company's purpose, are related to it, or are in the interest of the group or its group companies.
