The purpose of the company is to provide technical engineering for the development of solutions and decentralized applications on the Hedera network, software coding, the development of smart contracts, the integration of hardware and software solutions, including the operation management of Hedera network nodes and platforms. It can establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, found subsidiaries, participate in related companies, acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and sell real estate and intellectual property rights, and furthermore carry out all legal transactions that may be connected with the purpose of the company, in particular grant financing to affiliated and other companies, provide securities of all kinds or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of these companies. The company can grant direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, for its own liabilities and those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved), provide securities of all kinds, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers or assignments of the company's assets, or guarantees, enter into joint and several liability agreements or provide sureties, or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of these other companies, whether for consideration or not. Furthermore, it can operate a liquidity adjustment/concentration of net liquidity (cash pooling) with the aforementioned companies or join such an arrangement, including periodic account balancing. This can also be done without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the company's pursuit of profit, and assuming cluster risks. The company can carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that appear to promote the purpose of the company, are connected with it or are in the interest of the group or its group companies.
