The Company fulfills the functions of a principal headquarters and provides global management services for Europe, the Middle East and Africa; it also performs management support missions worldwide for the Hewlett Packard Enterprise organization. The Company may buy, hold and sell real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
