The association exclusively and irrevocably pursues non-profit and non-commercial purposes in accordance with Swiss law. The association does not pursue any commercial purposes. Any surpluses may be used exclusively to achieve the statutory purpose. The purpose of the association includes, in particular: promoting research, education, equality, and inclusion in relation to LGBTIQA+ issues, particularly in the fields of law, migration, and human rights; building and maintaining a network of LGBTIQA+ individuals, lawyers, researchers, and allies; conducting and promoting legal and legal policy studies concerning LGBTIQA+ migrants and refugees at national and international levels; combating discrimination, homophobia, and gender-specific inequality through educational and awareness-raising measures; supporting scientific publications and disseminating corresponding research results; providing free educational offerings such as lectures, workshops, mentoring programs, training, and public discussion events; collaborating with Swiss and international institutions within the framework of the association's purpose; organizing cultural and scientific events to promote diversity and inclusion; promoting equality, civil rights, and the social well-being of LGBTIQA+ individuals. The association may engage in all activities necessary and permissible to achieve its purpose.
