The purpose of the association is to support the development, governance, and ecosystem coordination of the Igra network - a programmable Layer-2 system built on top of the Kaspa BlockDAG Layer 1 - including its protocol infrastructure, cryptographic components, developer tools, smart contract systems, network bridges, and related interfaces. The association may also promote public education, research, community building, standardization, and interoperability efforts related to the Igra protocol stack and its derived technologies, provided that these activities are not commercial in nature and serve the long-term decentralization and sustainability of the network. The association may take all necessary and appropriate measures to achieve the aforementioned purpose, plan and carry out initiatives, issue tokens, and participate in initiatives of other organizations, financially or otherwise, or financially or otherwise support other organizations or individuals, as long as all these activities serve the purpose of the association. The association may develop, use, and operate technologies and applications that are related to its purpose. The association may also accept donations from third parties and act as a trustee to pursue its purpose. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit.
