The purpose of the association is to promote consulting and service offerings in the field of neurodiversity and neurodivergence in the public interest. The association confronts and raises awareness among businesses, institutions, public administrations, foundations, and associations about the topics of neurodiversity and neurodivergence, and advises them on how the working world, workplaces, job openings, ultimately behaviors, and work processes in the working world can be designed in a more neurodiverse manner, so that all neuro-constellations that could work in the primary labor market have access to it. With its activities, the association makes a concrete contribution to achieving the UN's sustainable development goals: Goal 3 (Health and Well-being) by promoting the mental and physical well-being of neurodivergent individuals, raising awareness of their needs, and supporting organizations in creating health-promoting work environments; Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by advising on the inclusive design of work processes, improving access to the labor market for neurodivergent individuals, and promoting fair and non-discriminatory employment conditions; Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) by developing and mediating innovative concepts, methods, and formats (e.g., workshops, training, digital tools) that support organizations in implementing inclusive structures; and Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities) by actively reducing structural and social inequalities in the work environment and through measures to promote equal opportunities for neurodivergent individuals. The association pursues a non-profit business model. To ensure the long-term security of the association, financially balanced business activities are aimed for. The association is authorized to conclude all contracts and to carry out all financial, movable, or immovable activities, provided that these are directly or indirectly related to its purpose, subject to the transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). Profits earned are fully reinvested in the further development of the association's activities, projects, and internal organization, particularly in information technology, marketing, communication, or the development of new formats (workshops, training, etc.).
