As an independent, non-partisan, non-profit, and non-commercial association, it aims to actively connect and empower people through exchange, education, and mutual support. This is achieved through: 1. Coaching & Knowledge Transfer - Experts share their knowledge and support participants in their personal and professional development; 2. Networking & Experience Exchange - Promoting communication with other organizations and among participants to exchange knowledge and experiences; 3. Mutual Aid & Consultation - Volunteers provide support in legal matters, translations, information search, and learning one of the national languages; 4. Meeting Place - A space, both offline and online, that brings people together and enables mutual acquaintance; 5. International Networking - Exchange and cooperation with people from other countries, particularly with Ukrainians in various states, but also with other nationalities; 6. Promotion of Intercultural Exchange - Bringing together international individuals and strengthening mutual respect through cultural initiatives; 7.
