The foundation aims to provide contributions to the beneficiaries described below, in accordance with the following provisions, to cover the costs of education and training, as well as support in cases of need. a) The beneficiaries are primarily the male descendants of my sisters Ida Baltisser, Marta Friedrich-Baltisser, and my cousin Heinrich Baltisser, including their male sons-in-law, and this only during the period from the age of 15 to 22, i.e. for a period of seven years. Currently, the beneficiaries are the male descendants of the Siegrist family, descendants of Ida Baltisser, the Friedrich and Buri families, descendants of Marta Friedrich-Baltisser, and finally the Baltisser family, descendants of my cousin Heinrich Baltisser. b) The interest on the foundation capital is to be divided into three parts, which are then at the disposal of the foundation council in the sense of the above provisions. These three parts correspond to my heirs Ida Baltisser, Marta Friedrich-Baltisser, and Heinrich Baltisser, or their beneficiaries and relatives. If there are no beneficiaries in the descendants of one of the three named individuals, the corresponding part, i.e. one-third of the total interest, falls back to the capital. Multiple beneficiaries on one side result in a corresponding division of the third of the total interest. In the absence of male beneficiaries in one part, the foundation council may, at its own discretion, consider a single female descendant of special moral and intellectual qualities for each part, in accordance with the purpose of the foundation. Even in this last case, only a female beneficiary between the ages of 15 and 22 who is unmarried is eligible. c) In any case, it is essential to note that each of the three parts, i.e. the described descendants including male sons-in-law, must be treated separately. Unworthy or incapable young people must not be considered. d) The benefits due to the beneficiaries shall not be withheld from them by creditors through enforcement or bankruptcy proceedings, in accordance with Article 519 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
