With regard to participations in real estate companies based in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose buildings are exclusively for commercial use; and more generally, all financial, commercial, industrial, civil, movable or immovable operations that can be directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose or likely to facilitate its extension or development.
