The foundation aims to provide occupational pension benefits for the senior employees of DHL Management (Switzerland) AG, DHL Express (Switzerland) AG and DHL Logistics (Switzerland) AG, as well as for companies economically or financially closely linked to Deutsche Post World Net, and for their dependents and beneficiaries against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability, as well as to support the pension beneficiary or their dependents in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment. The affiliation of a company connected to the DHL companies in Switzerland is made on the basis of a written affiliation agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority.
