Occupational pension provision for members of the staff of the founder or employer company and for companies that are financially or economically closely linked to the founder company, by providing support and benefits: to the staff member in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need, such as illness, accident or unemployment affecting them personally; to the staff member in cases of need, such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability affecting their spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whom they are responsible; in the event of the staff member's death, to the surviving spouse, the divorced spouse and to persons for whom they were responsible for maintenance at the time of their death; and, in the absence of such persons, to their legal heirs.
