The purpose of the company is to promote the economic interests of its affiliated milk producers through cooperative self-help by: a) ensuring the most advantageous and rational processing and sale of milk, as well as creating the necessary physical and technical infrastructure or participating in corresponding special-purpose companies; b) promoting the dairy industry in general and supporting measures to improve the quality of milk and dairy products, as well as participating in efforts and events of related organizations, to the extent that these are in the interest of the dairy industry as a whole; c) it may also acquire and sell real estate and establish branch offices; d) promoting the professional knowledge of its members.
