Financing and provision of contributions by the founding companies and companies economically or financially closely related to them to tax-exempt employee benefit institutions that the founding companies have joined or established themselves. Furthermore, provision of benefits to the employees of the founding companies and companies economically or financially closely related to them, as well as their dependents and survivors in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability and unemployment.
