The foundation's funds are to be used for the benefit of patients at the Kantonsspital Olten who are in financial need, regardless of whether the health disorder is acute, chronic or caused by an accident, as well as for financing suitable measures to promote the personal quality of life of chronically ill, long-term, rehabilitation and aftercare patients. Furthermore, funds can be used to finance investigations and measures aimed at improving the quality of care and treatment as well as the safety of patients at the Kantonsspital Olten.
