a) the acquisition of interests in all companies or commercial enterprises in the fields of agriculture, livestock, forestry, as well as the production of food and aromatic ingredients in Switzerland and abroad, excluding interests in companies whose purpose is the acquisition of real estate in Switzerland subject to the LFAIE; b) to grant loans, with or without collateral, to its shareholders or related parties, including companies directly or indirectly affiliated with it, or to provide them with financial support in the form of collateral of any kind to secure the obligations of these shareholders or related parties, in both cases with or without consideration. Furthermore, it may carry out all commercial, financial, and securities transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
