The operation of restaurants (hot and cold catering, service and delivery), cafes, bars or other drinking establishments with related services; trade or participation in companies pursuing similar purposes. Regarding participations in real estate companies based in Switzerland, these will be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively for commercial use. The company may, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable operations, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
