The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, create branches, participate in other companies directly or indirectly related to its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its partners and to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by partners and third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
