The operation of any vineyard or agricultural business, the production, wholesale and retail, of all products, articles and goods in the field of viticulture and agriculture, and the purchase, sale, operation and development of all movable and immovable property, the acquisition, management and administration of all participations in these areas, both in Switzerland and abroad, and in accordance with the Federal Law on Land and Rural Rights of 4 October 1991 (LDFR). The company may grant or guarantee loans to its shareholders or third parties, within the framework of its main purpose. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable and immovable transactions directly related to its main purpose and take an interest in all similar businesses.
