The company's purpose is to engage in all activities of a trust company, in particular the keeping of accounts and the preparation of financial statements in accordance with legal standards and the Code of Obligations; tax advice, preparation of tax returns, representation and assistance before tax authorities; legal advice and services, and in the event of disputes, representation and assistance before civil and criminal courts; the formation, merger, consolidation, restructuring and liquidation of companies and other entities; judicial and extrajudicial expert opinions, arbitration and mediation of disputes; the administration of companies, foundations, trusts and private assets. The company also aims to provide all services to wealthy individuals or families (Family Office), in particular to ensure the consolidated monitoring and evaluation of their assets, income and capital gains; to provide them with regular and personalized financial reports; to ensure monitoring of changes in asset allocation during changes in professional activity, retirement, or family disputes; to provide accompaniment (family coaching) and concierge services; to provide legal and tax guidance during succession planning, particularly in the event of a change of residence. However, the company's purpose excludes wealth management, trustee mandates and other fiduciary activities that require authorization from FINMA (Art. 17 para. 1 and 2 LEFin). Finally, the company may also conduct other activities as a secondary purpose, which have a direct or indirect connection with its own purposes, in particular to engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; to participate in any undertaking having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; to grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests; to create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad.
