The income from the foundation's assets is intended to support the Le Roselet horse home of the Foundation for the Horse in Les Breuleux; in the event of the dissolution of this institution, the claim passes to the Société de la protection des animaux in Geneva; the property at Sternmattstrasse 32, 6005 Lucerne, is to be rented out to the best possible advantage and maintained at the expense of the foundation in a good building and gardening condition; the plot of land in Neuen Stöckach in Mühlacker may not be built on; it remains part of the foundation; if necessary, it can be used by the city of Mühlacker as a zoo or animal shelter.
