The association aims to promote an inclusive economy in which women are integrated into leadership positions and decision-making processes at all levels. The association's goal is to actively advance equal opportunities for women in economic, political, and public leadership roles through concrete projects, networking, and advocacy. The association strives for sustainable change by promoting dialogue and cooperation among various stakeholders to increase diversity in executive boards and management bodies and to enable equal participation of women at all levels of decision-making. In line with the goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (SDG 5: Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women), the association is committed to contributing to the full and effective participation of women in assuming leadership roles at all levels of decision-making in political, economic, and public life. The association is exclusively engaged in non-profit activities and does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes. The organs act on a voluntary basis.
