The foundation primarily aims to promote teaching in applied business administration (Corporate Management) and teaching in the adjacent areas of business law (Business Law) at universities in German-speaking Switzerland, as well as supplementary research and teaching in business and corporate ethics (Business Ethics) at state-run Catholic theological faculties. Within the framework of its primary foundation purpose, the foundation can in particular provide contributions to finance the publication of scientific works, guest professorships, teaching assignments, and corresponding mid-level activities from the fields mentioned in section 2.1 and beneficiaries. Secondarily, the foundation can make grants to non-profit, tax-exempt Swiss organizations, in particular for the benefit of the sick and disabled. Furthermore, the promotion of training projects in developing countries is also possible.
