The purpose of the company is to provide real estate brokerage services to customers, including the purchase, sale, rental and management of real estate, as well as the provision of related consulting and other services - excluding financial and mortgage services - as developed by Mr. Colbert Coldwell and Benjamin Arthur Banker. Banker is the surname of Benjamin Arthur Banker; banking activities are explicitly not included in the purpose. The company can act as a franchisee for all real estate companies that represent buyers or sellers, tenants or owners in real estate transactions. It can establish branches and subsidiaries at home and abroad, participate in other companies of any kind, take over representations, and enter into all business and contracts that may be suitable to promote the purpose of the company; or that are directly or indirectly related to it.
