The company may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable or immovable operations, except those prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties if it serves its interests.
