The company may handle all operations that would be directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It may grant loans to its partners or to third parties, act as guarantor for loans taken out by its partners or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by entering into any other financial commitment, pledge its assets to guarantee any claim. The company may carry out any commercial, financial and real estate activity, any investment or other activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose or which is likely to achieve it.
