The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire, hold, sell or finance any kind of business. The company may acquire, hold and sell real estate. It may carry out all commercial activities that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company and take all measures that appear to be suitable for promoting the company's purpose or are related to it.
