The company's purpose is to coordinate, on the one hand, the receipt of rents paid by independent psychotherapist shareholders of the Sàrl and their potential sub-tenants, and on the other hand, the payment of expenses including the salary of the receptionist. The gathering of shareholders in the same premises is driven by the sharing of the same meaning given to their professional activity: namely, working towards a social transformation that enables each individual to (re)find their power to act, by creating therapeutic environments that foster a sense of belonging to the human collective. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: - regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; - regarding their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable, excluding operations prohibited by federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) or intellectual property or services; - regarding their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if it serves its interests.
